This past week, Megan was Student of the Week for her class. Here's the poster she made with her dad to tell her class about her. Can you tell what the picture she "painted" is at the bottom? (And yes, she really did draw that.)
As Student of the Week, she got to be the line leader at school all week long. In addition, she got to take care of Independence Bear, her class bear. She was very excited about this. Independence Bear went on lots of adventures with us including to church and the zoo.
Independence Bear enjoying some Halloween candy.
What a lucky bear to have two kids willing to share the rest of their Halloween candy!
Playing the Wii.
Playing Coconuts.
In his home.
She got to fill the estimation jar. The kids guess how many items are in it. Can you guess how many pom poms are in there?
Megan got to write a page in Independence Bear's journal about his week.
And here's the collage of pictures she shared with her class.
It was fun to have Independence Bear visit!

Congrats Megan. It looks like you had a great week with Independance Bear!
