Last weekend, we headed out to the zoo. Independence Bear, who was visiting with Megan for the week, accompanied us.
Waiting to see "Wild Survivors" in the zoo's 4D Theater.
Looking out over the savanna. There's a giraffe far away in the background.
Sitting in the front of the safari train.
They have a bunch of Lego sculptures all over the zoo. Here we are with one of the butterflies.
Petting the goats.
Matthew loves driving the tractors.
Driving the other tractor.
Megan loves the tractors too.
A couple of ginormous ants we saw.
Some more ants.
Strange two-headed ant on the right.
Independence Bear trying to sit in the saddle.
Megan decided it would be better to help Independence Bear ride.
Matthew wanted to help too.
The kids love climbing this statue.
Independence Bear loved seeing the bears.
Another view of the bears.
Matthew liked the petroglyphs.
The kids were excited to see Jenga and Tortuga. Must be getting close to time for Zoolights!
Playing in the treehouse.
What a fun day!
