Sarah's birthday party

Sarah had her birthday party this past Friday. The theme was a treasure hunt. They first decorated bags to keep their treasures in. Then they were given a clue about a treasure. Once they figured out what it was, they were then told where on the treasure map the activity was located. At the end, they all got a bag of gold coins with a poem about being friends.

The treasures:

• Art, located at Squatter's Rock, where they made a necklace by painting a washer with fingernail polish.
• Food, located at Deadman's Lake, where they ate dinner.
• Friends, located at Mount Tippie, where they took a group picture and then did an activity to get to know each other better.
• Books, located at Pirate School, where they decorated bookmarks.
• Fun, located at Forever Swamp, where they decorated cupcakes. This was followed by opening presents and eating the cupcakes.

Abbyanne came at the beginning and Avery came later so there were a total of 8 girls there during the party.
