Summer Travels 2019: Winter Park

On Wednesday, everyone went to Winter Park together to spend the day.  We went on the alpine slide and participated in a lot of the other activities there.

U ran back to get something from the car so he was in the later lift from the parking lot.

It was fun to ride into the village.

U and Matthew.  This was Matthew's first run and he went pretty slow.  After that he drove significantly faster and really enjoyed it.

Megan took a break from the slide to do the obstacle course and zip line.

Matthew rode up the lift with Seth and Chris.  He was very concerned when they didn't put the bar down right away.

Matthew and Megan wanted some mom time.

So dad rode alone.

Then they wanted some uncle time.

Ana came up later in the day but still managed to go down the slide a couple times.

Uncles make good pillows.

There was still a big pile of snow at the top of the slide.

Lots of beautiful flower baskets were hanging around the park.

These benches looked like lift chairs and they would even swing like them.

Megan and Matthew wanted to be sure and get pictures with the Coke bear.

And climb up on his head.

Matthew and Megan treated us to a concert on the chimes in the village.
