California Day 6: Legoland Part I

We entered Legoland 30 minutes early (a perk of being a hotel guest) and snapped a few photos. Here Megan, U and Matthew pose with the big working dinosaur. Matthew thinks he's funny because he has a hard hat with a hook on it.

Some scary Lego creatures....

We rode Coastersaurus. U in front, Megan and Me in back.
We bought the ride photo package for the day. The kids had a fun time planning the pose for the camera. On Coastersaurus, you go around twice so there are two photo opportunities.

Megan and Me dabbing in front, Matthew and Sarah dabbing in back.
Second time around.

On Fairy Tale Brook. It's fun to see all the different fairy tales.

Sarah and Megan with a nasty wolf in the background.

We went to Mia's Riding Camp.

Aquazone Wave Racers.

Bird's eye view of Matthew driving.

We all went on Lego Technic. It was a pretty fast coaster: I was surprised by how quickly we went up the incline at the beginning.

U got to ride with some other people. He even swapped so they could ride in the front--super nice.

Everyone but Me rode again. On the steep descent.

This photo is taken at the bottom of the initial big drop.

Sarah and Matthew on Cargo Ace.

Megan was a great pilot!

Lost Kingdom Adventure. I love how Sarah is looking right at the camera (she says there was a target at which she was shooting).

Waiting in line for Dragon. Most rides had shorter lines than our first day but not Dragon--the line was quite long so we only rode it a couple of times.

Sarah on Knight's Tournament. She rode on the highest level which is aptly named "Scorpion." She went up, down and around and thought it was great.

U and Megan went on the 2nd level which is called Bear. (Megan could choose between the 1st and 2nd level.) There was no turning upside down but there were lots of sideways dips.

Me and Matthew on Level 1 Monkey. (That was the level Matthew got to go on due to height.) It was a nice ride that was at just the right level for Me and Matthew.

Sarah rode on Lego Technic while Megan and Matthew played in Pharaoh's Revenge.

Sarah on Bionicle Blaster.

U, Matthew and Megan on Bionicle Blaster.

We refined our Ninja skills.
Megan helped us out by getting some points for the 4th player.

I like how it got Matthew in two spots.

There were a number of activities to help work on ninja skills. Here, Megan is on Kai's spinners.

Spin Matthew, spin!

Megan conquered Cole's rock climb.

So did Matthew.
