California Trip Day 3: Legoland

We spent our second full day at Legoland California. It was a nice day with fairly light crowds. We rode the Dragon 3-4 times (that's one of my favorites!). We went on the Aquazone Wave Racers twice. The first time, Sarah complained that she didn't get wet enough. It was remedied the second time! We went on Kid Power Towers quite a few times in a row because no one else was in line. There's a nice view from the top with a workout on the arms to get up there. I went on Safari Trek with Megan, who was an excellent tour guide. She kept telling me about all the different animals. She even knew some of their names (like the monkey was George). It was really cute! At closing, we walked through Miniland and were able to spend some extra time in there. The pictures below capture some more of the highlights.

We are so cool! Our first ride once the park opened was the Ninjago ride, which was new since we last visited Legoland. The arms get quite the workout fighting all those bad guys!

All the kids were excited to go to Driving School. Megan and Matthew were particularly excited they got to go to the "big kid" one.
