Other December Happenings

Sarah had her winter choir concert last week. It was fun to go listen to her sing. She really loves choir!

We visited Santa.

Cute story about Megan and Santa. Megan wants Cinderella's carriage Legos from Santa. She couldn't remember the word "carriage" (she called it the pumpkin thing) and once I told her it, she practiced what she was going to say over and over: "Cinderella's carriage Legos, Cinderella's carriage Legos" And she did a great job telling Santa when it was her turn.

In front of the Tumbleweed tree. A lady told us exactly where to stand to get everyone in the photo as well as the whole tree.

And then that same lady offered to take a picture of all of us. How nice!

We went to the ward party. A professional photographer in the ward set up a little photo shot. Here's our family's photo.

The party had a late 1800s feel, with the youth dressing up in period clothing and serving us. It was really cool! Here's a photo of some of the youth.

These girls were in charge of the dessert table.

And a bit more colorful photo of some of the older girls.
