Road Trip: Mission Report

Sunday morning, we went to my parents' ward to hear them report on their mission. They both shared a lot of personal stories and talked a lot about the importance of love.

Our family at church after my parents' report at church.

A couple with Cheryl-Lynn, Grandma A and Grandpa A.

With Aunt Rolayne. On the way to church, the kids were discussing whether to call her "Mrs. Kent" or "Mrs. Ossium Poppem."

Derick, Cheryl-Lynn, Trevor, Me, Weston, Brianne. (It's so weird that I'm the shortest one there!)

The above cousins plus Grandma and Grandpa, Aunt Gaylene and Uncle Steve, Matthew, Megan and Sarah.

During church, Megan and Matthew were thrilled to sit by Aunt Rolayne. She helped them stay busy by giving them paper to draw on. Here are their drawings.

Matthew's. At top, there is a vehicle in India with people sitting inside and on the roof in between a cat (left) and dog (right). In the middle is a calculator. There is a camel to the right. On the bottom is a picture of our elephant ride, with Matthew standing on the elephant's head.

Matthew's picture of the plane as we fly over the ocean on our way to India.

Matthew's snowman.
Matthew's picture of the pollution in India.

Megan's picture of the temple.

Megan's picture of a troll.

Megan's picture of her making a snow angel.

Megan's picture of a calculator with flowers.

As we left for church on Sunday morning, Megan ran and got a bag full of snow. Here are the results, approximately 5.5 hours later.
