Legoland Castle Hotel

We stayed at the Legoland Castle Hotel for the first time. It was a fun experience. Here are a bunch of photos from the hotel.

The entrance

Megan and Matthew with the trumpeters at the entrance. Yes, they actually trumpet.

The door to our wizard's room.

Our personal welcome. Pretty cool!

All the potions and spells Me kept by her bed.

Some of them even lit up.

Casting a spell

Wise owls

Keeper of the secrets

Scene in the entrance of the room.

Cat guarding the treasure trove. The kids got Lego mini figures or Lego sets each day.

Bathroom supplies.

Saying on the bathroom wall. Megan and Matthew believe this is what is written in the book on Merlin's Apprentice Ride at the Lego Discovery Center in Arizona.

The kids' room.

Matthew made this handy shelf for his glasses.

Top bunk

Bottom bunk

The ceiling in the kids' room had stars on it which was really cool. The second room we stayed in for our last night had the outline of the constellations, too.

The rooms on the corner of the top floor in the middle of the photo are where we stayed. The one on the right was where we stayed the last night and the one to the left of that was where we stayed the first three nights.

Some pictures from the Dragon Den where we ate breakfast and some dinners.

Bad knight hanging around the hotel.

Megan and Matthew in jail.

Lobby of the hotel.

Wall of questions by the elevator.

Megan and Matthew tried to touch all the lit up gems in the elevator.

Megan and Matthew with the lady wizard on our floor.

Walking through the maze.

Wanderful Magic Shop.

No trip to a hotel is complete without a visit to the exercise room.

Look who showed up one night. Matthew and Megan with Merlin.
