For Matthew this particular piece is called a "boker bumper." I'm not sure why. But that is what he calls it and we all know what he means.
This piece is called "all units."
This one I understand since he saw a cartoon with loudspeakers like this where they called "All units, all units..." It is fun to hear him create new words to describe the various pieces.
