Family Spotlight

This past week, our family was spotlighted in Primary. The whole family came into Sharing Time and shared with the other kids a little about our family. Here's what we shared:

Names of family members and one good character trait:
-Daddy--always helpful
-Mommy--always caring
-Sarah--always sharing
-Megan--very nurturing
-Matthew--funny and active

Favorite activities we like to do as a family:
-Read books and go to the park.
-Play games and do puzzles.
-Play Legos and watch movies.

One special family tradition
Family fun night every Sunday night.

Favorite games to play (this could have had a lot more games in it!)
-Sleeping Queens, Monster Chase and I Spy

Our ancestors are from England, Denmark, Sweden and Germany.

The kids decided the information to share and then brought visuals to help show the others. They each held a favorite activity and a game at the appropriate time and Matthew held a picture of Jesus being baptized. The kids did a great job sharing about our family and Matthew even said some things! (In the past, he hasn't said anything in front of the whole Primary.)
