Some December Happenings

 December is a busy time! Here are some of the happenings around our house (besides all the ones that have their own blog post!).

Nice puzzle Me received from her friend for her birthday.

Artemis wanted to make sure she wasn't forgotten when Me went on a walk. Her solution? Sit down between Me's legs (which does make it hard to put on shoes).

We attended some band concerts.

The Marching band had their end of season party.

We put together the gingerbread nativity Me received for her birthday.

The youth had a white elephant gift exchange and Matthew came home with this picture of Teddy Scott. Its first appearance was in 2013!

We opened our ornaments: Mac and cheese for Matthew, dragon bookcase for Megan and PEI for Me and U.

Grandma and Grandpa Martin stopped by for a quick visit along with Tatum (Megan's cousin).

The whole family went looking at Christmas lights.

Me enjoyed doing her nativity puzzles. She swapped with Grandma and got to put together the whimsical daily puzzles in addition to the Christmas scene. Megan and Matthew often helped her.

We did our holiday Yum box.

We enjoyed going to a couple of movies, including Zootopia 2 in these lay down seats.

Matthew captured this photo of Me doing yoga. He said, "Mom, you're in a position that I would read in. You should read like that."
