Winter Wonderland

A couple weekends ago, Intel had a Winter Wonderland at one of their sites. There were lots of crafts and activities for the kids including some traditions from different parts of the world. They made bead ornaments and bracelets, Christmas cracker poppers, foam ornaments and a Kwanzaa wreath. They decorated crowns and  cookies. Santa was there as well. It was a lot of fun!

There were photo ops right away.

We then went to see Santa and Mrs. Clause.

Matthew LOVED stringing beads on the pipe cleaners. He could of done it all day. The girls did a few other activities while he continued working on his creations. I love the look of intense concentration here.

Megan and her cookie. U showed her how to decorate it by putting a little frosting on the cookie. That was NOT ok with Megan. Why would you ruin a perfectly good cookie by putting something on it? Or ruin perfectly good frosting by putting it on something? There are some things that must be eaten by themselves. (Yes, she ate the cookie and frosting completely by themselves.)
