Trip to the Science Center

Grandma and Grandpa A came to visit right after Christmas. Immediately after they arrived, we headed over to the Arizona Science Center. It was super busy. Like we waited over half an hour just to check in at the membership desk. Crazy! We had a fun time, though, and here are some pictures to prove it.

Sarah showing off the buky ball that U built while we were waiting in line.

They had a bunch of snow shipped in that we played in outside. Here Megan and Matthew are with grandma.

Megan, Sarah and me.

With my mom.

Grandpa and Sarah waiting for the Imax film.We watched "Rocky Mountain Express" which was about building the railroad through the Canadian Rockies. We were nervous about how Megan and Matthew would do. However, they did great! Every time they saw the train engine, they'd point at it and sign/say "train."

Sarah, grandma and grandpa got to make gingerbread houses.

Megan enjoyed playing with the Duplo cars and racing them down the track.

Spin wheels, spin!

U enjoyed building this ship with Legos. He enjoyed taking a bunch of pictures of his ship flying as well.

Watch out world, here we come....

Matthew and daddy doing some serious experimenting.

We were able to go on the SkyCycle for free. It's a bike that is nearly 15 feet in the air on the 90-foot cable. You can rock back and forth on it, although I just rode backwards and then forwards, no rocking involved.

U rocking...

Grandma riding.

Grandpa on the bike. He enjoyed rocking the bike some as well.

Matthew enjoyed holding onto the netting for the SkyCycle.
