Easter Pageant

We went to the Easter Pageant while my sister was in town. (U stayed home with Megan and Matthew since the Pageant started past their bedtime and they're not too good at sitting still.) We got there a bit early so we could get some seats on the grass. We had fun playing Squarrels and the kids roamed about a bit. The Pageant was good, as always. It tells the story of Christ's life and ministry, focusing especially on the last week of His life and the Resurrection. Definitely something we enjoy doing as part of our Easter tradition.

The guy in the picture is Rob. He and his wife were good friends of ours in Colorado. They moved to Gilbert while we were still in Colorado Springs and then moved up to Washington State before we moved down here. They were in town visiting and we'd seen Jenna and the kids earlier in the week. We knew that they were planning on going to the Pageant, but the fact that we ended up sitting right by them was coincidental, and really pretty crazy as there were thousands of people there.
